Tintin They are coming! : the lunar watcher in resin
The pose They are coming! is taken from Objectif Lune: Tintin in a cosmonaut suit, visor raised, arm extended forward, body slightly leaning in the gesture of the lookout which signals the approach. It is a gesture of the whole body, not just the arm: the legs slightly bent, the torso tilted, the tension from the feet to the outstretched fingers.
The hand-painted resin recreates the spacesuit in its details: the seams, the pressure rings on the wrists, the volumetric translucent visor above the helmet. It is one of the most elaborate pieces of the resin line in terms of surfaces to paint.
