Accessibility declaration

PlusHaut SRL undertakes to make the collectofig.com site accessible in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and, as a technical reference, to WCAG 2.2 level AA.

Scope. This statement covers the public pages of CollectoFig (home, shop, product pages, basket, information pages and legal pages). It does not cover Stripe Checkout or the internal stock-management area.

Compliance status: partial compliance. An accessibility widget is available (text size, contrast, reading aids and animation pause). No formal WCAG audit has yet been documented; a more comprehensive assessment is still required.

Measures already in place.

• Keyboard navigation and states :focus-visible.
• Textual alternatives on catalogue visuals.
• Contrasts of the charter (red is used only on the shopping button).
• Accessibility widget: preferences stored in localStorage on your device, without cookies or transmission to the server.
• Legal pages marked noindex; footer links use keyboard-accessible native controls.

Contents that may not be accessible. Certain animations, stacks or visual layouts may be problematic depending on the support tool; The widget allows you to pause animations. The Stripe payment pages depend on the accessibility of Stripe.

Exemption. If PlusHaut SRL falls under the micro-enterprise scheme within the meaning of the EAA (less than 10 persons and turnover or balance sheet less than EUR 2 million), certain accessibility obligations may not apply. This declaration shall be provided in all cases, through transparency.

Return and recourse. Report a difficulty to contact@collectofig.com. In the absence of a satisfactory response, you may refer the matter to the Belgian mediation bodies or to the competent authority for the accessibility of services.
