Pixi Blutch photographer, 275 copies: the metal bellows camera
Blutch is equipped with a bellows camera from the 1860s, the instrument of the war photographer of the time, placed on his tripod or held by arm. The Pixi composition reproduces the camera in detail: the folded bellows, the brass lens, the wooden frame. Blutch in the posture of the photographer who aims has the same air of someone who doesn't really believe in what he's doing but who does it anyway.
The hand-painted metal allows you to work on the different textures of the composition: Blutch's skin, the blue uniform, the wood of the camera, the brass of the lens. Each material has its own color and shine.
