Pixi Asterix figurines, painted metal album scenes

Pixi produces the Asterix scenes in hand-painted metal, produced in an edition of between 250 and 300 copies per piece, with red box and numbered certificate. The metal allows the house to bring together several characters and a decor on the same base without increasing the proportions: the rickshaw and its three occupants, Camaracum's shop with its shelves and sweets, the hollow trunk with the tight silhouettes of Plutoqueexpected.

Uderzo lends itself well to the Pixi treatment. Its humor is based on situations with several characters and specific accessories, and the house takes advantage of this: the rickshaw with its wheels that actually turn for The Middle Kingdom, the shop window with its sweets in evidence for Camaracum, the trunk with its three tight silhouettes for Plutoqueprévus.

The Collectoys scenes occupy the other side of the Asterix section: more accessible, with no print limit, they allow you to inhabit the universe without purchasing pressure. The two approaches are complementary.
